No voids or dilapidation costs

We pay you rent even when your property is vacant and because we keep your home tip top at the end of our contract, we return your home in better condition than offered.

Guaranteed Rent Insurance

Onyx has a unique insurance product that guaranteed rent in the unlike event rent is not paid in full.  We have a proven model of guaranteed rents and eliminate the risk of non-payment based on our target clients 

3 Months' Rent in Advance

We can offer up to 3 months' rent in advance on all properties leased.
